Former acrobatic gymnast, Lucy has channeled her passion for movement and athleticism into a career as a yoga teacher, regularly hosting retreats and workshops. Movement and making yoga accessible to everyone is Lucy’s passion. Her classes are designed to challenge and inspire you to be your best self, within a welcoming and supportive environment.
At PACE, Lucy will be hosting both energising and relaxing yoga classes for all levels. She’ll also be hosting two chakra workshops (see the workshops line-up for details).
Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Flow
An energising and steady breath-lead vinyasa flow, giving you time and space to explore and move into those spaces in the body that need some attention. Simply moving with intention, creating body and mind awareness and creating great self awareness in this moving meditation.

Sit on the decks as dusk starts to set in, our Slow Flow class is an opportunity for you to find some time to explore and move into those spaces in the body and self that need some extra attention. A calm and steady breath-lead vinyasa flow with slightly more floor based postures, will give you slightly more time to work into asana postures and leave you feeling refreshed and de-stressed.
Yin and Mediation
Join Oyogo’s Yin and meditation session to unwind and reset – body and mind. It’s less about doing and more about being in this space to allow yourself time. This class will mix meditation and floor based Yin yoga allowing gravity to help the body release, let go and go deeper into those closed off areas.
Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga. He offers creative, effective and clearly sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally. Fuelled by a fascination with anatomy, Adam believes that yoga is a practice of self-enquiry.
At PACE, Adam will be hosting an array of yoga classes that focus on opening up the body, releasing tension and taking your practice further. He will also be hosting a class alongside his partner, Holly, combining yoga with a unique sensory experience.

Heavenly Hips & Tight Bits
Hunching over desks, cycling commutes, slouching over an smartphones, picking up kettlebells/children/puppies, are all activities that feature in modern lives but that can actually create some less than desirable effects in the body including weakness and tightness. In this practice we’ll be encouraged to find flexibility in the stiff bits, strength in the open areas and overall, find balance in our body.
Architecture of Arm balancing
Those ‘cool’ looking inversions and arm balances that you spot people popping out in the studio and social media, don’t just magically happen one day. Here we’ll work on drills that will help you build strength and flexibility required for this family of poses and we’ll develop our understanding of crucial building blocks, including how ‘easy’ asanas done well can significantly improve your ability to explore more challenging poses.
Refining Vinyasa Practice
In this class, Adam will help you transcend making ‘yoga shapes’ and encourage you to look deeper into the intention of yoga asana. What are you trying to stretch or strengthen? How can we use our body and gravity to assist in moving in that direction? You’ll learn about key anatomical principles and learn to become more engaged, attentive, and integrative in your yoga practice.
Juicy Unlocking & Magical Sound Bath
Adam will guide you safely in unlocking areas where the majority of people hold dominant physical and emotional tension in their bodies, utilising a combination of deep static poses and dynamic movement. His partner, Holly, with then take you on a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations and sensations from beautiful instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes and her own singing voice, will weave their wonders over and through you. Expect a unique, sensory experience which aims to leave you in a state of balance and harmony.
VERONICA KADI (OYOGO)
Veronica focuses her teachings in Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala and Yin Yoga. At the centre of her practise is a steady breath and strong focus on building strength by challenging both the body and mind. Her classes are dynamic and playful in order to guide people to develop their stamina and mobility.
At PACE, Veronica will be hosting a selection of yoga classes that aim to make you feel more balanced, connected and happier.
Water Mandala Yoga
This water mandala class will help you explore tight areas in the groin and hips. Energetically activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system.
Fire Mandala Yoga
An opportunity to explore the four elements, water, air, fire and earth. This fire mandala class will help you explore the glutes and IT bands accessing through twists and turns on the mat. Energetically activating Manipura Chakra, our solar plexus, related with our will power and ego identity.
Air Mandala Yoga
A chance to explore the four elements, water, air, fire and earth. This air mandala class will help you explore tight and stiff quads and backbends. Energetically activating Anahata Chakra, related with our social identity and self-love, finding space in our hearts.
Earth Mandala Yoga
This earth mandala class will help you explore hamstrings and forward folds on the mat to release stiffness in the body and reset the mind. Energetically activating Muladhara, the Root Chakra, related with grounding and safety.
Unwind and reset the body and mind. It’s less about doing and more about being in this space to allow yourself some You time. This class will be about ten poses held for two to four minutes, mainly floor based with gravity doing all the work so you can release, let go and go deeper into those closed off areas
JO-LEIGH MORRIS (OYOGO)
Trained in Yoga, Barre and Pilates, Jo-leigh turns to movement as both a sanctuary and a creative outlet. Her classes will deepen your mind-body connection, embrace challenges and show yourself that you are worthy of your own commitment.
