The following cancellation policy is for the pre-bookable services at The Peligoni Club. It does not apply to any villa and/or memberships, upgrades or creche spaces. Please refer to the terms and conditions.
GENERAL & APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS
- If cancelling before travel guests must notify the UK Sales team. To make a cancellation at the club, guests will have to notify the Reception team.
- In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. If this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.
- The Peligoni Club reserves the right to cancel any service without any recall or compensation given.
- All bookings are subject to availability.

HAMPERS | SHOPPING LISTS
- Any bookings can be canceled up to 72 hours before delivery date.
- All bookings must be placed 72 hours in advance of delivery date.
- Bookings after this time are non-refundable.
- All products are subject to availability and alternatives may be offered.
PETIT PELIGONI
Bookings made prior to arrival
- Any bookings prior to arrival can be changed or cancelled up to one month in advance, subject to availability .
- Full payment will be due for any cancellations within one month.
- The Peligoni Club reserves the right to charge the renter full price of any equipment missing, damaged or unusable. This will be taken from a pre authorized card given to Reception at check in.

IN-VILLA BABYSITTING
Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club
- 17.50€ booking fee and 15€ per hour paid directly to the babysitters.
- A minimum of 3 hours is required and there is no service after 12.30am.
- There is a 30€ cancellation fee when babysitting is cancelled within 24 hours.

SPA BOOKINGS
Bookings made with the club
- Bookings for spa will open the week before guests travel date and can only be booked with Reception at the club.

Bookings made at the club
- Bookings can only be made at the club and are open 48 hours in advance of booking time.
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations after the 24 hour period will be charged €20.
- In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged 20€.

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS
Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club
- Restaurant bookings can be made via OpenTable prior to arrival or with Reception at the club.
- Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the booking time.
- For tables of 8 or above, in the event of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours, a charge 10€ per person will be applied to the bookers tab.
- The private dining table is bookable with a minimum spend of €250.
EVENING FEASTS

- Any bookings made (excluding guest chef series) can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge.
- Any bookings cancelled (excluding guest chef series) within 24 hours will be charged €10 per person.
- In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged €10 per person.
GUEST CHEF SERIES
Bookings made prior to arrival
- Any guest chef bookings made prior arrival can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance at no additional charge.
- Any guest chef bookings cancelled within 7 days will be charged the full cost.
- In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost.

Booking Conditions
- Feasts are 16 years +. Babes in arms welcome (12 months and under). If they’re in a pram please ask on arrival to be seated at the end of a table. Please note, we do not have a dedicated children’s menu
- Vegan, Coeliac and Nut Free dietary requirements should be specified at time of booking. We will try our best to cater to these, but due to the nature of some menus this may not always be possible. Please be aware all our food is prepared in kitchens where nuts, gluten, and other allergens may be present.
- We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call reception if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time, or your table may be subject to resale.
- If you wish to be seated beside another group, please specify at time of booking (on both bookings). We will try our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Outdoor experiences will take place come rain or shine.
