This policy references all activities and services that are provided at The Peligoni Club, this includes but is not limited to; Odyssey Trips Powerboat Level 2 Motorised Watersports Package, The ‘Ski Pass’ (not applicable for Inflatables) Motorised Watersports (including Inflatables) booked at The Peligoni Club Massage or Beauty Treatments Hampers Shopping List Petit Peligoni Excursions Fitness, Yoga Classes & Bike Rides Personal Training, Private Tennis, Private Yoga & Private Guided Rides Tennis Academy Restaurant Bookings Ticketed Events/Dinner
If cancelling before they travel guests must notify the UK Sales team. To make a cancellation at the club, guests will have to notify the Reception team.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.
Odyssey
Bookings for Odyssey arranged in the UK, will only be secured once full payment has been made in the UK prior to travel.
Bookings for Odyssey booked in the UK can be cancelled up to one month prior to your arrival at the club, and fully refunded.
No refund will be given for cancellations within one month.
Bookings for Odyssey made at the club cannot be cancelled.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.
Powerboat Level 2
Bookings for Powerboat Level 2 arranged in the UK, will only be secured once full payment has been made in the UK prior to travel.
Bookings for Powerboat Level 2 booked in the UK can be cancelled up to one month prior to your arrival at the club.
No refund will be given for cancellations within one month.
Bookings for Powerboat Level 2 made at the club cannot be cancelled.
In the event of a no-show, or if guests are not present at the start time of their booking, the guest will be charged the full cost.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Motorised Watersports Package, The ‘Ski Pass’ (not applicable for Inflatables)
The ‘Ski Pass’, once paid for, can only be refunded if they are cancelled three months prior to the start of your holiday.
Any pre-booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will be charged at 17.5€per session.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, the guest will be charged at the full cost of 50€.
In the event of a no-show guests will be charged at the full cost of 50€.
The maximum number of sessions that can be booked in a package are as follows: – Individual Ski Pass: 5 – Family Ski Pass: 16
Guests will not pay additionally in the event that adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent them from being able to complete enough sessions to reduce the cost of each 15 -minute session to 50€. (Should the weather be bad and we can’t book enough sessions then guests will be capped to 50€ – 15-minute session for sessions that we can run, until it becomes fiscally beneficial for them to be charged the cost of the Ski Pass and any tows.)

Motorised Watersports (including Inflatables) booked at The Peligoni Club
Any Motorised Watersports booked at the club will be subject to availability.
Any booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
All cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will be charged at 17.5€ per session.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of 50€.
In the event of a no-show, or if guests are not present at the start time of their booking, the guest will be charged the full cost of 50€.

Massage or Beauty Treatments
Any treatment booking made in the UK or Greece can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge, where possible.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will be charged the full price of the treatment.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Hampers
Any hamper booked in the UK can be cancelled or moved to a different time up to 48 hours in advance but this is subject to availability and the club’s discretion.
Any hamper booking made in the club can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to delivery with no charge, after this guests will be charged the full price.
For cancellations made within 48 hours, you will be charged the full price of the hamper.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Shopping List
Shopping lists can only be booked up to 72 hours in advance.
Changes to shopping lists, including a change in delivery date, can be made up to 48 hours in advance, but any additional products will be subject to availability.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at the full cost.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Petit Peligoni
Any Petit Peligoni bookings made in the UK can be cancelled or changed up to one week in advance, subject to availability. Full payment will be due for cancellations made within one week.
Any Petit Peligoni bookings made in the club cannot be cancelled.
A deposit of 100€ per package will be added to the guest’s account once delivered. This will be refunded on the return of the complete package(s). Deductions will be made for any missing items – this will always be discussed with the guest beforehand.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Excursions
Any booked excursions can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
All cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will be charged at half the cost of the excursion.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, will be charged the full cost of the excursion.
In the event of a no-show, or if the guest are not present at the start time of their booking, the guests will be charged the full cost of the excursion.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Fitness, Yoga Classes & Bike Rides
Fitness and Yoga Classes, Tennis courts and Bike Rides can only be booked on your arrival at The Peligoni Club.
Classes and Rides can only be booked 48 hours in advance.
Any booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours prior to the activity with no charge.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, the guest will be charged 10€.
In the event of a no-show or the guest is not present at the start time of their session, the guest will be charged 10€.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Personal Training, Private Tennis, Private Yoga & Private Guided Rides
Personal Training, Private Tennis, Private Yoga and Private Guided Rides and all other third party booked sessions (e.g. OyoGO) can only be booked on your arrival at The Peligoni Club.
Any booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours prior to the activity with no charge.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, the guest will be charged the full cost of the session.
In the event of a no-show, or if the guest is not present at the start time of their session, they will be charged the full cost of the session.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Tennis Academy
Bookings for Tennis Academy can be arranged in the UK, however payment will be taken in the club.
Tennis Academy booked in the UK can be cancelled up to one month prior to your arrival at the club.
No refund will be given for cancellations within one month.
Bookings for Tennis Academy made at the club cannot be cancelled.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Restaurant Bookings
Restaurant bookings can be made via Open Table or once at the club.
In the event of a no-show, or guests are not present at the start time of their booking, tables will be let go after 15 minutes, the guests will be charged 10€ per person for tables of 6 or more in the restaurant.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
Ticketed Events/Dinner
Any bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the booking with no charge.
All cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the booking will be charged at 25% of the ticket price.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, the guest will be charged 50% of the ticket price.
In the event of a no-show, where the guest is not present at the start time of their booking, the guest will be charged the full ticket price.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the in-club team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled, if this is the case, the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised (where possible).
