Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is for the pre-bookable services at The Peligoni Club. It does not apply to any villa and/or memberships, upgrades or creche spaces. Please refer to the terms and conditions.

GENERAL & APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS

  1. Although uncommon, unforeseen circumstances may result in Club services being cancelled at short notice. The guest will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.
  2. The Peligoni Club reserves the right to cancel any service without any recall or compensation given.  
  3. All bookings are subject to availability.

1. RESTAURANT BOOKINGS

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. Bookings will be cancelled if guests fail to arrive after 15 minutes of the scheduled time. 
  2. Bookings for groups of 8 or more can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge. However, if cancelled within 24 hours a charge of €10 per person will be charged to the card associated with the booking.
  3. In the event of a no-show for groups of 8 or more, a fee of €10 per person will be charged to the card associated with the booking.
  4. The private dining table is bookable in resort with a minimum spend of €250. 

2. EVENING FEASTS

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. Bookings (excluding Guest Chef Series) can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge.
  2. Bookings (excluding Guest Chef Series) cancelled within 24 hours will be charged €10 per person.  
  3. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged full price.

Please note: cancelling within two hours will be classed as a no-show and will be charged full price.

3. GUEST CHEF SERIES 

Bookings made prior to arrival

  1. Bookings can be cancelled up until the Friday before your arrival date.
  2. Any bookings cancelled during your stay will be charged the full cost. 
  3. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost.

Bookings made at the club

  1. Bookings at the club are non refundable.
  2. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost.

4. MIKRO NISI BOATS

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost of the trip per person.

5. SPA BOOKINGS

  1. All bookings are non refundable.
  2. Bookings can be amended up to 48 hours in advance of the appointment. Any bookings amended within 48 hours of the appointment will have a charge of €20.
  3. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost.

6. ODYSSEY | POWERBOAT | MOTORISED WATERSPORTS (INCLUDING INFLATABLES)

Bookings made prior to arrival

  1. Bookings can be cancelled up to one month prior to arrival. 
  2. No refund will be issued for cancellations within one month or in the event of a no show.

Bookings made at the club

  1. All bookings are non refundable.
  2. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost. 

7. SHOPPING LISTS

  1. Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery date. 
  2. All products are subject to availability and alternatives may be offered.

8. HAMPERS

  1. Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery date. 
  2. Bookings made or cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date are non-refundable. 

9. PETIT PELIGONI

The Peligoni Club reserves the right to charge the renter full price of any equipment missing, damaged or unusable. This will be taken from a pre authorised card given to Reception at check in.

Bookings made prior to arrival

  1. Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of arrival, subject to availability. 
  2. Bookings cancelled within 48 will be charged the full amount.

Bookings made at the club

1. Bookings cannot be cancelled.

10. SHIPWRECK EXCURSIONS | PRIVATE BOAT TRIPS

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before at no additional charge. 
  2. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full cost. 

11. PRIVATE FITNESS & YOGA | PRIVATE TENNIS LESSONS | PRIVATE BIKE GUIDE BOOKINGS

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. Bookings are non refundable.
  2. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged full price.

12. FITNESS & YOGA | TENNIS COURTS & GROUP CLASSES | GUIDED BIKE RIDE

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged 20€.

13. IN-VILLA BABYSITTING

Bookings made prior to arrival & at the club

  1. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will result in a €45 cancellation fee added to the guests bill. 

Things to note: pre-arrival bookings are on a request-only basis and are not confirmed until arrival at the club. Bookings are made and confirmed at the club.
