ADAM HUSLER 

Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga. He offers creative, effective and clearly sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally. Fuelled by a fascination with anatomy, Adam believes that yoga is a practice of self-enquiry.

At PACE, Adam will be hosting an array of yoga classes that focus on opening up the body, releasing tension and taking your practice further.

Dynamic Yoga
An energising and steady breath-lead vinyasa flow, giving you time and space to explore and move into those spaces in the body that need some attention.

Heavenly Hips & Tight Bits
Hunching over desks, cycling commutes, slouching over an smartphones, are all activities that feature in modern lives but that can actually create some less than desirable effects in the body including weakness and tightness. In this practice we’ll find flexibility in the stiff bits, strength in the open areas and overall, find balance in our body.

Here you’ll work on drills that will help build strength and flexibility and explore more challenging poses.

Refining Vinyasa Practice
In this class, Adam will help you transcend making ‘yoga shapes’ and encourage you to look deeper into the intention of yoga asana. You’ll learn about key anatomical principles and learn to become more engaged, attentive, and integrative in your yoga practice.

Juicy Unlocking & Magical Sound Bath
Adam will guide you safely in unlocking areas where the majority of people hold dominant physical and emotional tension in their bodies, utilising a combination of deep static poses and dynamic movement. His partner, Holly, with then take you on a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations and sensations from beautiful instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes and her own singing voice, will weave their wonders over and through you. Expect a unique, sensory experience which aims to leave you in a state of balance and harmony.

PURAVI JOSHI

Puravi is a registered yoga, breathwork, meditation and holistic women’s health coach. Her classes are a blend of vinyasa and restorative, allowing you to find stillness in the movement and depth in the grounding practices. Puravi’s classes embody a playfulness and ease that help to encourage your practice whilst meeting you where you are.

PURAVI JOSHI, OYOGO

Throughout the week, Puravi will be hosting the following classes at PACE.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Puravi will lead you through a dynamic and steady breath-lead dynamic flow class, giving you time and space to explore and reconnect. Expect a fast-paced, sweaty class with an opportunity to create self awareness in this moving meditation.

Slow Flow Yoga

A calming escape of breath-led yoga with a focus on intentional movement and more floor-based postures to leave feeling grounded.

Yin Yoga

This class will be about ten poses held for two to four minutes, mainly floor based with gravity doing all the work so you can release, let go and go deeper into those closed off areas.

Vinyasa Yoga

This flow class combines powerful postures to help build confidence. Expect a moderate class with the opportunity to get a little sweaty as well as recover during slower flows and deep stretches. Walk away feeling reset and ready to take on anything!

Power Yoga

You will be led through a strong and challenging Power Yoga class that aims to build warmth and strength within the body while creating some calm in the mind. Ideal for those who prefer a less flowing class and more static holds and strength work.

Trained in dance, yoga, barre and pilates, Sasha turns to movement as both a sanctuary and a creative outlet. Her classes at PACE will deepen your mind-body connection, embrace challenges and show yourself that you are worthy of your own commitment.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Slow Flow Yoga

Cardio-Barre & Burn
Cardio-Barre & Burn is a high energy, full body barre class that will lift your heart rate through dynamic dance moves, small free weights and Barre pulses.

Pilates
This beginner mat pilates session is a perfect balance of full body toning and strengthening that will help you build strength and stability. Think deep stretching, lengthening and strengthening!

Pilates Advanced
A dynamic take on mat pilates, this advanced session will work you hard through a mix of micro movements and pulsing to help you develop length and stability. A good pilates base is suggested.

Restore & Reset Yoga
The best way to reset and restore body and mind is to join our Yin yoga based ‘restore, reset, reconnection’ session. It’s less about doing and more about being in this space to allow yourself some You time. Join Oyogo’s Yin yoga session to unwind and reset – body and mind. It’s less about doing and more about being in this space to allow yourself some You time. Vinyasa Yoga

Mobility
Oyogo’s mobility class involves exercises and movements that work to strengthen and lengthen your body, allowing you to move more freely and efficiently. You will be led through a variety of exercises, from dynamic stretching and body weight movements to pilates and yoga flows. Mobility is much more than just being flexible. Oyogo’s mobility class will help increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture and even prevent injury. A class not to be missed!

Mai first stumbled across yoga ten years ago but it has since evolved into a place of self-exploration and discovery. Mai’s classes encourage you to leave self-judgement and expectation at the door and show you instead that yoga is a practice rather than perfection. Mai wants to show people that yoga offers an incredible opportunity to learn, to grow and let go.

For £400, a PACE ticket includes a week’s membership to the club, paddleboarding, kayaking, all the fitness and yoga classes, meditation and wellness workshops and a complimentary daily driver service.
