Workshops at The House Party will awaken your creative juices, teach you a new skill and give you an opportunity to exercise a spot of mindfulness.
LUCY MAHON
Lucy Mahon is a London based artist and illustrator, who works across a mixture of mediums to create classic and playful pieces of art and illustration. Much of her work is based around rituals and places that bring about comfort, nostalgia, happiness or a feeling of home. Often rooted in the everyday, her collections are visual love letters to the world we live in. Lucy’s recent collaborations include Soho House, NET-A-PORTER and Smythson.

At The House Party, Lucy will be hosting two live personalised drop-in drawing sessions, giving you the opportunity to take something home with you.
Live Personalised Drawing
Lucy will be hosting two sessions in which she will be live drawing personalised postcard-sized illustrations tailored to guests. You will be able to choose from examples or brief Lucy on something totally new, leaving with a unique piece of art to take home or give to a loved one.
DARN.
Based between Cornwall and London, DARN. is a small scale UK-based label that creates striking, meticulous products for life. As an extension of this, DARN. Supper Clubs celebrate friends, creativity and community through intimate yet welcoming dining experiences. Light-hearted activities are met with delicious menus designed by guest chefs which pair together to encourage an air of play.

At The House Party, DARN will be getting guests’ creative juices flowing in their playful still life workshop. You can also join them for a lunchtime feast with a twist in magical seaside location, where they’ll be whisking guests away by boat (see our feasts line-up for more details).
Draw, Eat to the Beat
Join DARN for a still life drawing and canapé workshop. Draw from a still life directly onto the linen table cloth using fabric pens, indulging in an array of canapés whilst you get stuck in. Enjoy getting creative in designing a collaborative table cloth alongside your fellow friends and make a new pal or two along the way.
BELLA FRANKS
An artist, art tutor and yoga teacher, Bella has taught the traditional practice of Life Drawing for over 10 years and believes everyone has the power to enjoy the creative process and discover their own expression, without self-criticism or inhibition. Based in Brighton, Bella hosts creative pop-up workshops in anywhere from living rooms and workplaces to members clubs and festivals – making learning to draw fun, accessible and open to all.
BELLA FRANKS
At The House Party, Bella will be hosting two life drawing classes to help you unlock your inner creativity whilst exercising mindfulness.
Morning Life Drawing
In this art class, figurative artist Bella will teach you the traditional practice of drawing from a life model. Ease into the day with a session of creativity and colour, enjoying the process of making marks and finding joy in expression. Bella will be on hand to offer tips and drawing demos throughout the class, while giving you the freedom to explore your own creativity and expression. With an iced coffee in one hand and a pencil in the other, there’s no better way to start the day!
Evening Life Drawing
Join Bella for another traditional drawing class with a fabulous life model, but this time get your creative juices flowing with a cocktail in one hand and a stick of charcoal in the other. Life drawing is the traditional practice of drawing from a figure and this beautiful life model will provide you with endless inspiration. As in all her classes, Bella will be on hand to offer tips and advice, and encouraging you to harness your inner creativity.
Fabric Printing Workshop
Create your own repeat patterned print on your choice of cotton tea towel, purse or bag. In this creative workshop you will learn about the process of printmaking on fabric before carving your own design into lino and block print it onto fabric with colourful inks.
KINSHIP CLUB
Kinship Club work with brands, places and spaces to redefine social experiences, offering fresh and creative takes on workshops, events and programmes that build culture, community and provoke a good dollop of play. Hybrids in programming, styling and producing, Kinship Club are the ultimate workshop hosts, never taking themselves too seriously. It’s about having fun in settings to remember!

At The House Party, Kinship Club will be conducted three fun and creative workshops to get your creative juices flowing and give you something to take home with you.
Summer Beading
Sunglass chains, bracelets, chokers, key rings and phone charms are all on the table with Kinship Club’s spectacular medley of beads to play and create your own 90s style jewellery and accessories with.
Candle Painting
Taking inspiration from our Greek surroundings, you’ll paint and decorate a pair of your own tapered dinner candles. Perfect for a treasured keepsake, almost too pretty to burn!
Rope Coiled Coasters
Choose from a variety of cotton, rope and cord and learn how to coil, create and decorate your own pair of bohemian-inspired coasters to rest your next spritz on.

For £375, your House Party ticket includes a week’s membership to The Peligoni Club, a full paddlesports upgrade (SUP and kayak equipment plus tuition), all House Party workshops and wellness sessions, all live music to keep you on your feet all day long and a driver service to help you get around.
