Introduction to Reiki
An introduction to reiki, to enable you to tap into your own healing power. 
This is a brief introduction with some practice for you to have a taster of your own healing power and enable you to try it on one another.



Richie is a yoga and performance coach with a client roster that reads like an A-List party guest list. After suffering a series of injuries in his former career on the rugby pitch, Richie made the life-changing transition from athlete to coach. He is now an XPT Master Coach with training methods that combine meditation practices with his life-long passion, yoga.


Richie will be bringing a fusion of dynamic flows and breathwork exploration to PACE, hosting a series of workshops to help you deepen the connection between mind and body.

A breathwork masterclass where you will learn wellbeing hacks that will help your mood, energy, sleep and recovery. This will then flow into a mindful movement session that will release and unlock a stiff body, mobilise your joints, stretch you out and relax a busy mind.

Unwind & Release
A gentle progression that will explore your full range of movement and improve the way you breathe whilst training. You will explore with yoga postures and functional mobility to leave you feeling recharged and full of all the good vibes.

Focus Your Mind & Fire Up The body
A free-flowing and dynamic session that uses your breathing to prime the system, helping your stability, bracing your frame, relieving tension, creating some fire and then unwinding into a full recovery, leaving you in a deep state of zen.

Breath Exploration & Body Unlock

From performing pop tunes in her girl-band days, to singing healing mantras and playing magical instruments to seas of sleeping yogis at festivals across the globe, Holly’s journey eventually led her back to her musical roots. Her deep desire lies in helping others find connection and inner peace through yoga and sound healing.


At PACE, Holly will be hosting three magical sound healing sessions.

Full Moon Sound Bath

Nothing to do but get into your PJs, lie down under a blanket, close your eyes and relax under the evening stars, as Holly weaves the healing vibrations of her crystal bowls and singing voice over and through you to bring harmony to your cells and prepare you for a deep and peaceful night’s sleep.

Manifesting Magic With Crystal Bowls

You’ll learn about: the power of thoughts, words and intentions, the law of attraction in creating your reality, the science behind sound healing, and how crystal bowls can help to manifest the life of your dreams.

Healing Harmonies

This fun and relaxed workshop is for you if you love to sing, or if you want to sing but feel a bit scared. You’ll learn about: the power of the voice as a healing tool, the significance of ‘Om’, and how certain sounds resonate with certain energy points in our body.

Juicy Unlocking Yoga & Magical Sound Bath

Holly and her partner Adam will guide you safely in unlocking areas of your body that hold tension through a journey of movement and sound.



Olympic Silver Medalist and Double World Champion for the 10km Open Water Marathon event, Keri-anne retired from competitive swimming and co-founded two businesses both based around open water swimming and coaching.


At PACE, Keri-anne will be hosting 45 minute ice bath sessions and supporting you on a journey towards embracing the cold in your daily life and after you leave Peligoni. Each session is crafted to help you not only overcome discomfort but also turn it into your unique source of strength and resilience.



Anthony Mullally is a former professional rugby player with 200+ games, two World Cup tournaments and a Grand Final victory. Now a breathwork practitioner with a focus on bringing equilibrium to the body and mind, Anthony leads tailored sessions to help both optimise sporting performance, and bring the body back to balance.


Anthony will be guiding a series of breathwork sessions designed to unwind the mind and establish a stronger connection with the body.

A dynamic session, applying breath control techniques and apneas to influence breathing behaviours to optimise the physical and the psychological.

Restorative Breathwork
A deeply restorative guided breathwork and meditation. The aim of the session is to quiet the mind by moving the body into a deeply restorative state, signalling safety and allowing the body’s regenerative functions to do their job.



A fitness and conditioning expert with a passion for teaching techniques for better body-mind balance, stress management and recovery. As a dedicated breathwork practitioner, Tamara uses a 360-degree approach, coaching individuals who want to improve their general health and fitness with a holistic methodology.

Samantha Hall (aka DJ Goldierocks) founded IO Sound Project to create experiences full of love, ritual and hippie good vibes but with a contemporary attitude, so they’re accessible and meaningful to all. Through the use of gongs, percussion, singing bowls, mantra and visualisation, Sam encourages you to let go of what no longer serves you.


Sam founder of IO Project will be hosting sound meditation & mindfulness sessions across the week to help you let go, feel deeply relaxed, ready with an open heart for all the sparkly shenanigans of PACE week.

Sunrise Sound Meditation

Bask in the healing rays of the Grecian sun at this morning sound mediation surrounded by the lapping waves. Set your intentions for when you leave the retreat. Harnessing the energy of the morning sun, we’ll take you through a yoga nidra to be fully present in your body before leading you into an empowering visualisation, accompanied by singing bowls, healing crystals & gong to help manifest your dreams into reality.

Sunset burning ceremony

Using mantra, breathwork, palo santo and gongs we break up any stagnant energy & stress. The burning ceremony is a way of releasing the past, negativity, hurt, grudges, or regrets and focus on what is more significant to us- connection, expansion, playfulness. As the sun sets we let it all go… all that is left is the present moment.

IO Sound Project x Holly Husler Full Moon Sound Bath

Join us for an immersive evening bathed in the sound of gong & crystal bowls under the powerful, cathartic forces of the May flower full moon. Surrounded by candlelight, lying under the stars, cathartically let go of anything that is no longer serving you, energetically clear your path & leave the evening feeling lighter & at peace, ready for a deep & relaxing nights sleep.



Dave and Steve Flynn founded The Happy Pear in 2004 envisioning a happier and healthier world. What began as a small vegetable shop evolved into an enterprise of plant-based products, best-selling cookbooks, a restaurant, sourdough bakery and an organic regenerative no-dig farm.


 As well as their evening feast, the Happy Pear will also be hosting a handful of feel-good mobility and movement classes at PACE.

Animal Flow Mobility Session
Animal flow is a ground-based, bodyweight movement that combines elements of yoga, gymnastics, and animal-inspired movements to create a dynamic, bodyweight workout. This fitness practise is designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness through actions that mimic the movements of animals.

Mobility & Stretch Session
A mobility and stretch session inspired by yoga and calisthenic movement, this class will give your body a well-deserved stretch accompanied by gentle strengthening, leaving you feeling light and ready for the day ahead or a good night’s sleep.



Jamie Hamment from Cotswold physio brings together techniques and approaches refined over 15 years in elite sport. Jamie offers sport and remedial massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation; helping his clients to achieve their performance and well-being goals. Jamie  has led countless top-class rugby stars back to full fitness and beyond.

Dreem Distillery is the brainchild of Hayley Dawes. Their range of organic CBD products are all designed to enable good sleep, which is one of three vital pillars of health and wellbeing allowing you to live life to your full potential.



Hayley will be hosting a variety of workshops focusing on managing anxiety and stress and the benefits of CBD. Additionally, she will be providing one-on-one hand massage treatments to offer personalised relaxation and relief.
