The fitness agenda will be available on your arrival to the club listing all of the classes taking place that week.
Everyone has different fitness styles and specifications, which is why our instructor can conduct private training sessions tailored to your requirements. Whether it’s a gym session, private yoga, coastal run, or in-villa workout you want, we’re happy to make each session unique to you to keep you feeling tip-top throughout your holiday.
Every day we put on a range of complimentary fitness classes, run by our in-house personal trainer. Simply sign up at reception. Personal training is available at the rates below.
60€ per hour for up to 4 people
10€ per person for extra people
30€ supplement applies to sessions held in villas

The gym is open from 7am until dusk.
Under-14s are not permitted and 14-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Trained in Level 3 PT, Core Collective TRX & Circuits
Lucy’s circuit classes focus on working deep muscle groups. Her classes centre around building strength as well as mobility
with her background in TRX and circuits. You can expect that deep muscle burn but don’t worry you will leave with the post workout glow.
Trained in Level 3 Fitness PT, a Reformer Pilates Instructor & Professional Cheerleader!
Teaches dynamic HIIT sessions, focusing on core and strength work. Bringing in his background in reformer pilates and cheerleader to help define and sculpt the body. His sessions often include bands, balls, TRX and dumbbells.
Trained in Level 3 Fitness PT
Her style of teaching focuses on cardio and strength development of the body. Her sessions work you hard with slow pace reps
using weights and work into building muscles and strength.
Trained in Level 3 PT, F45 Circuits, Sweat-it Another Space HIIT
Dottie – our energiser bunny! You can expect high energy HIIT, Box-HIIT and cardio session, so prepare to sweat. She loves to
get things moving and have you working hard in cardio based circuit sessions.
Trained in Level 3 PT & Group Trainers, Senior Trainer at Blok, Rumble Gym
Maiken’s session work on strength circuits and strength HIIT. She loves to focus on legs, bums and core, so you can except to leave Peligoni with rock hard abs and an exceptional booty!
Trained in Level 3 PT, F45 Trainer
Mark is a powerhouse, his high energy power circuits and will get you feeling unstoppable! His sessions work on a mix of HIIT
circuits and power & strength circuits. Prepare to work hard but leave feeling amazing!
