Every day we put on a range of complimentary fitness classes run by our in-house personal trainers – simply sign up at reception. The fitness agenda will be available on your arrival to the club listing all of the classes taking place that week.
Everyone has different fitness styles and specifications, which is why our instructor can conduct private training sessions tailored to your requirements. Whether it’s a gym session, private yoga, coastal run, or in-villa workout you want, we’re happy to make each session unique to you to keep you feeling tip-top throughout your holiday. Mark Thomson – 29.05 – 12.06
Mark is a highly experienced London based Personal Trainer and Functional Fitness group instructor. His passion and enjoyment for all areas of fitness is infectious and his creative class programming will have you smashing out world class workouts.
Jasmine Bailey – 19.06 – 10.07
Jasmine has many strings to her bow making her an all-rounder for both our fitness and yoga offering. Jasmine is a Fitness Instructor, qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, has completed 200 hours of Vinyasa yoga training and is a Dance and Fitness graduate. With an impressive array of talent, expect multi-layered classes.
Gia Chapman-Costa – 11.07 – 24.07
Based in west London, with a dance background in Ballet and Contemporary, Gia is a qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal specialist, Mat Pilates trainer and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. With a holistic approach to fitness with a strong emphasis on form, Gia encourages small sustainable lifestyle changes with workouts designed that are enjoyable and informative to set you up for ongoing success.
JJ Tindale – 24.07 – 08.08
JJ is a Level 3 qualified fitness Personal Trainer, reformed pilates instructor and a professional cheerleader! JJ teaches dynamic HIIT sessions, focusing on core and strength work bringing his background in reformer pilates and cheerleading to help define and sculpt the body. His sessions often include bands, balls, TRX and dumbbells.
Dottie Fieldes – 12.08 – 04.09
Trained in: Level 3 PT and group fitness.
Commonly referred to as ‘The Energiser Bunny’ expect sweat, smiles and a serious workout! Using a combination of bodyweight, resistance and functional training there will be no muscle left untouched and you’ll be left with that ever sought after endorphin-high!
Nicole Flood – 28.08 – 11.09
Nicole is an ex-body building competitor turned fitness yogi. She loves training for strength alongside understanding recovery and mental stability. Nicole’s passion for all-round health will ensure you work until failure and will bring you back to your zen on the mat.

10€ per person for extra people
30€ supplement applies to sessions held in villas

The gym is open from 7am until dusk.
Under-14s are not permitted and 14-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
