Sasha Morgan – 12-06 – 26.06
Trained in 200hrs Vinyasa & 50hr Restorative, Yin & Mindfulness
Sasha’s love of movement began at a young age and came to fruition when she trained professionally as a dancer. Whether you join her challenging Barre, Vinyasa or Dynamic Pilates classes or her deeply restorative Yin Yoga, her class will leave you feeling more connected to yourself and incredible in your skin.
Veronica Kadi – 03-07 – 17.07
Trained in 200hrs Ashtanga & Ashtanga Vinyasa
Veronica developed a deeper self practise for Yoga whilst travelling around Asia six years ago. Veronica focuses her teachings in Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala and Yin. At the centre of her practise is a steady breath as well as a strong focus on building strength and challenging the mind and body. She aims to guide and encourage students to move their bodies intuitively and intelligently in class.
Andrew Stevenson – 17-07 – 29.07
Trained in Vinyasa Flow, Rocket & Madala
Andrew has always been interested in the Asana practice but after training as a teacher, he became more aware of the deeper influences and roots of yoga. After teaching for two years and further training in Vinyasa flow, Rocket and Madala, Andrew’s classes are dynamic, creative, and have an emphasis on playful transitions and restorative postures to seal the practice.
Tamara Yasmin – 14-08 – 04.09
Trained in 250hrs of Meditation & Yoga
Tamara believes in Yoga as a lifestyle for greater awareness and connection. She loves to share the power of Yoga and meditation as practices through which we can become more alive, embodied and joyful. Practicing with Tamara will provide a space to slow down and move mindfully with body and breath.
Charlotte Tooth – 03.09 – 18.09
Certified in STOTT Pilates, Level 4 PT, Pre & Post Natal, Kettlebells, TRX & injury rehabilitation
Known for her fiery Barre and Pilates classes, Charlotte been coaching for 10 years in the top Boutique fitness studios in London. She has coached Hollywood stars, royalty and top athletes in the field of dance. Charlotte focusses heavily on technique and understanding your body, so expect to come out of session feeling worked, energised and ready to take on the rest of your day. She was once voted one of Londons Top Personal Trainers by Women’s Health UK, as well as being featured in Tatler, Harper’s Bazaar and Boots UK.
Hannah Paradise – 18.09 – 26.09
Trained in 200hrs Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Her focus is on strength and mobility, using yoga for sports recovery and to develop fitness and strength. You can expect her sessions to get you moving and sweating, with lots of fun challenges to keep you on your toes!
