Pippa Middlehurst, also known as @Pippyeats on Instagram, is no stranger to a supper club. From a young age, Pippa has been passionate about East and South East Asian cookery, attending the Lanzhou Noodle School in China in 2019. Pippa published her two acclaimed cookbooks "Dumplings & Noodles" in August 2020 and "Bowls & Broths" in September 2021. Alongside this, Pippa is a devoted scientist working in Cancer Research in Manchester.
