Guest Chef Series with Hugo Guest & Sam Lomas

Hugo is the chef and owner and Sam Lomas is the head chef of the award winning Glebe House, an 7 bedroom guest house and farm to table restaurant in East Devon. Having had a previous career in finance, Hugo retrained as a chef in 2017 and in at the end of 2020 he set up Glebe House. Sam began his career at River Cottage and was the youngest chef to reach the finals of BBC2's Great British Menu. Their food is heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, artisan techniques, nose to tail cookery and seasonality of produce.
