Asado Masterclass with Fire Made

Husband and wife, Ana Ortiz and Tom Bray, are the owners of the Somerset-based fire cookery studio, Fire Made. Designing and producing fire cookery equipment for chefs and restaurants worldwide, they also host South American asado experiences. During May Half Term, they will be hosting an exclusive pop-up asado masterclass. Places are limited so please book in advance with our Sales Team.

Become an asador for the evening at our live Asado Masterclass, hosted by Fire Made founders, Tom Bray and Ana Ortiz. Using a variety of techniques and under expert guidance, you will be taught everything you need to know about how to prepare a feast with fire. Tom and Ana will walk you through each step of the process, from preparing the meat and attaching it to the Asado cross, to positioning it correctly over the fire. Best of all, once your belly starts to rumble, you’ll get to tuck in to a delicious feast! They will also be hosting a stand at May Half Term’s Food Festival.
