Inside the property, there is an open-plan kitchen and spacious living area with doors opening onto the terrace. There is a delightful outdoor dining area with a BBQ for summer feasts to enjoy with friends and family and a further outdoor dining area from the Master bedroom.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
Ilios features a 4m x 8m swimming pool located in front of the house, the perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also a sunken outdoor seating area with cushioned seating just to the side of the pool.
