HEALTH WORKSHOPS

Liz has been one of the UK’s leading wellness voices for more than 30 years. Best known for founding the Liz Earle Beauty company (sold in 2010), she is the author of more than 35 best-selling books, including one of the first to focus on menopause and to investigate gut health. Her latest book, A Better Second Half, published last year, became a number one Sunday Times bestseller for several weeks. Liz will run workshops on how to sleep better, and how to best look after your gut.

ACUPUNCTURE, WOMEN’S HEALTH & FERTILITY

Ross J. Barr is a registered acupuncturist and widely recognised as one of the leading health and wellness experts. With specialties ranging from women’s health and fertility to stress management and grief support, he has become known as one of the foremost practitioners in his field. Ross will be offering Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture treatments during PACE, which will be completely bespoke to each individual.

Jodie Cariss & Chance Marshall are the psychotherapy duo behind Self Space, the world’s first same-day, everyday mental maintenance service. They are committed to revolutionising the mental-health space and partner with global brands to deliver leading change campaigns and activations. They have a no-nonsense approach to mental health and Self Space is fast becoming the go-to brand for individuals and businesses. They will be hosting a Supper for the Soul evening as well as mental-health workshops throughout the week.

A former professional rugby player turned human performance and leadership coach, Richie Norton has spent the past 15 years helping people unlock their full potential. Transitioning from the high-pressure world of sport, Richie blends physical training, movement mechanics, performance breathwork, and mindset strategies to drive peak performance and optimise your health. Richie will be hosting a range of workshops to help you deepen the connection between mind and body, teaching you how to breathe and control your body as you increase your range of motion.

COLD-WATER THERAPY & MOVEMENT

TAMARA HARNETT

A fitness and conditioning expert with a passion for teaching techniques for better body-mind balance. Tamara will be hosting breath and movement sessions alongside ice bath immersions – starting you on a journey towards embracing the cold in your daily life. Each session is crafted to help you not only overcome discomfort but also turn it into your unique source of strength and resilience.

HEALTH TALKS

DR ANNA WILKINSON

Anna is a consultant in palliative medicine with 30 years of experience in the NHS and extensive experience in collaborating with patients to alleviate symptoms of advanced disease. Anna is passionate about enabling people to make their own decisions, so she will not be recommending you to ‘do this’ or ‘take that’, instead guiding you based on your needs on how to access and navigate health information.

TICKETS & INFORMATION

PACE tickets cost £525 and include a week’s membership to The Club, paddleboarding, kayaking, all the fitness and yoga classes, meditation and wellness workshops, plus a complimentary daily driver service. Accommodation for PACE must be booked through Peligoni; choose from our carefully curated collection of suites, cottages and villas in the hills.
