Inspired by visits to his mother's allotment as a child, Lewis' passion for produce shines through his cooking. Having worked at some of London's top restaurants including Petersham Nurseries and The Shed in Notting Hill, Lewis is now the head chef at Crispin – a modern European restaurant and wine bar in the Spitalfields, offering seasonal small plates, concise cocktails and low intervention wines.
