Zygzak House

OVERVIEW

Built in 1916, this traditional terracotta-roofed villa with dusty blue shutters offers breathtaking views of the sea and tranquil surrounding hills. Your only neighbours are cypress, olive and almond trees, offering a peaceful retreat that’s only a short drive from the pretty port of Agios Nikolaos where you’ll find a handful of tavernas, shops, and two small beaches.

Zygzak House has a Saturday changeover and is an 8-minute drive to The Club. Sleeping up to four people with a mezzanine bedroom, this villa is best suited to couples with young children or a small group of friends.

THE BEDROOMS

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a second mezzanine bedroom with a single sofa bed (which can be set up as a double on request), great for kids or a third adult, with direct access to the upper garden. Please note this room is only partially enclosed. There is space in the second bedroom for a cot if required. You’ll also find a second shower room in the property. 

ENTERTAINING AREAS & FACILITIES

Expect whitewashed open-plan living areas including a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a comfortable sitting area with an L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and fireplace, and a dining area seating up to four people. The old thick walls ensure the property remains cool, plus there is air con throughout if required. Hot water is generated using solar panels, and rainwater is collected and used within the house.
