OVERVIEW

An entirely unique and magical retreat nestled amongst acres of fragrant olive, cypress and citrus trees, Kapari Bay enjoys soul-stirring Ionian Sea views from every perfectly crafted corner. Sleeping up to 14 people in seven beautifully bespoke bedrooms, Kapari Bay also functions as a B&B during Peligoni’s event weeks, so guests can book by individual room.

Kapari Bay has a Saturday changeover and is a short 5-minute drive to The Club, or a 15-minute walk along the coast path.

THE BEDROOMS

All of the bedrooms at Kapari Bay offer unspoilt sea views to the distant Peloponnesian Mountains, Kefalonia and beyond. Each room has a super-king size bed dressed in luxury linens, an open-plan en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Bohemian in style, the bedrooms reflect both the Italian and Greek influences of the island.

The Sea Folly
Sitting in its own separate house with a private seafront terrace and en-suite bathroom.
The Master Bedroom
A spacious bedroom at the top of the main house with an extensive private roof terrace including an outdoor sleeping area.

On the ground floor with direct pool access.
Micro Nisi
On the ground floor with direct pool access.
Middle Pool Room 1, 2 & 3
On the ground floor with direct pool access. These rooms can be made into twins on request, although please note all beds are made from concrete, so both mattresses will be on the same frame.

Please note that all of the bedrooms are accessed from outside the main house. There is a strict no extra bed policy.

Every corner of Kapari Bay has been beautifully crafted, cleverly designed and tastefully styled, with entertaining at the forefront. Expect plenty of raw materials, bespoke driftwood furniture and a palette of cool earthy hues that float throughout the open-plan kitchen and living areas so you can enjoy feasts at your villa in style.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

Set around acres of ancient olive groves, dotted with fragrant cypress and citrus trees, the gardens and outdoor areas at Kapari Bay offer guests their own magical Meditation haven. Overlooking the sea, with cool shaded terraces that lead on to the infinity pool, there are plenty of secluded nooks for unwinding and enjoying the glorious Greek surroundings. You also have access to two coves at the bottom of the garden.
