Halcyon is a tastefully and lovingly restored, four bedroom, Tuscan style farmhouse. Set in the hills with beautiful sea views, this villa ticks every box and is achingly beautiful inside and out. You will be met with traditional shutters, a large open garden, wild with olive groves and fruit trees, and a wonderfully rustic feel to every room.
Halcyon has a Saturday changeover and is a 10-minute drive to The Club.
THE BEDROOMS
Halcyon has four en-suite bedrooms, all super-King en-suites and 2 of which can be made into twins. Please note, bedroom 4 on the ground floor is accessed from the outside via French doors and one upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling.

*Please note, bedroom 4 is accessed from outside and is more suitable for teenagers or adults.

The large kitchen area opens to an outside dining area overlooking the large garden with the sea just on the horizon. Around the corner there is a shaded outside living area with sofas and a coffee table perfect for evening drinks. There is also a small outbuilding by the pool which contains a guest loo and a shower.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
From Halcyon’s terraced sofa area, you can look over the olive groves and out to sea with the large pebble edged pool set just in front. As one of the surviving buildings from before the 1956 earthquake, Halcyon’s timeless soul sets it apart as one of the most unique villas around. Halcyon has that rare timeless quality contemporary villas don’t. A perfect balance to life at The Club, enjoy evenings on the terrace and after your early morning swim, take a wander to see if you can spot the almond, fig and lemon trees.
