OVERVIEW
Floating on a hillside with breathtaking 180º views of the Ionian Sea and neighbouring island of Kefalonia, Calliope offers a truly unique holiday retreat. Completely renovated last summer, Calliope is an extensively modernised four en-suite bedroom villa set on three levels.
Calliope is a 10 minute drive to the club and has a Sunday changeover.
THE BEDROOMS
Calliope has three king size and one double bedroom, all en-suite with fully modernised bathrooms. Three of these can alternate as twin rooms, making the property flexible enough to cater for two or three families or house parties of friends. Please note, that two of the bedrooms are accessed from outside the main house.
LOWER TERRACE
Bedroom 4 is a twin/super-king en-suite bedroom.
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 2 is a twin/super-king en-suite bedroom.
Bedroom 3 is a super-king en-suite bedroom.
UPPER DECK
Bedroom 1 is a twin/super-king en-suite bedroom (with a sofa bed sleeping 1 additional person if required)
Please note that bedrooms 1 and 4 are accessed from outside the main house.

Our large, partially shaded front terrace with deep corner sofas, allows you to enjoy long afternoons amidst the hum of cicadas, whilst the extendable dining table offers the ideal setting for lunches as expansive as the sea views that stretch to the far horizon. At night, relax over a candlelit dinner, surrounded by our beautifully floodlit gardens.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
A particular attraction of Calliope is the variety of terraces and shaded lounge areas where one can retreat from a busy house or escape the Greek sun and relax in peace. Offering a small heated pool, and a fully shaded yoga and exercise space, Calliope is the ideal summer retreat. With room for four comfortably spaced mats, the yoga area looks out over the endless azure sea.
THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
There are lots of areas outside of the main house to relax, from the outside sofas in the sun, to the shaded ones on the terrace. The views can be enjoyed whether you’re in the freshwater pool or enjoying a long lunch at the large dining table or toasting to another day in the Greek sun.
Calliope offers exclusive use of its own beautifully situated astro-turf tennis court, just a 5-minute walk, amongst the ancient olive groves.
