Transitioning from the high-pressure world of sport, Richie blends physical training, movement mechanics, performance breathwork, and mindset strategies to drive peak performance and optimise your health. Richie will be hosting a range of workshops to help you deepen the connection between mind and body, teaching you how to breathe and control your body as you increase your range of motion.

Anna is passionate about enabling people to make their own decisions, so she will not be recommending you to ‘do this’ or ‘take that’, instead guiding you based on your needs on how to access and navigate health information.
