SIR CHRIS HOY MBE

Sir Chris Hoy MBE is a multiple world champion track cyclist and one of the most successful Olympic cyclists of all time, with six gold medals and one silver to his name. Chris is the first Briton since 1908 to win three gold medals in a single Olympic Games.

At PACE, Chris will be hosting daily guided cycle rides for intermediate to advanced abilities.

Green = Beginner / Intermediate
You are used to riding bikes for up to 20/30 km per week with no cleats

Blue = Intermediate
You are used to riding bikes for up to 50 km per week and are experienced with cleats

Red = Advanced
You are used to riding bikes for up to 120 km per week and are experienced with cleats

Black = Elite
You are used to riding bikes for up to 300 km per week and are experienced with cleats

TENNIS

JAMES AUCKLAND

After an impressive career as an ATP professional, GB Davis Cupper and Grand Slam player, James went on to become a professional tour coach, responsible for developing the LTA’s Performance Programmes and assisting the Doubles Team Director.

At PACE, James will be on court hosting a week of lively sessions and workshops in the mornings and afternoons for all levels. Join him and his team on court to get your serve sorted, volleys made vicious and a tuned up topspin. Make sure you try your new skills out in the afternoon challenges and tournament.

DEENA PIERCE

Deena is a London-based fitness trainer who has worked with a range of athletes over the years. Having attained at MSc in public health, she is now a talent trainer for Technogym and a running coach for Equinox. Deena believes that movement is medicine and her goal is to enlighten people on its long term benefits.

Deena will be hosting the following classes throughout the week at PACE.

HIIT Strength
Deena’s HIIT Strength is a fun and sweaty medium intensity workout based on strength, conditioning and stabilising. This class is designed to be a total body workout, with a mix of short hard work interspersed with rest periods which will leave you energised and ready for the day ahead.

HIIT & Run
This class will focus on building heat and intensity through cardio intervals, free weights mixed with running sprints to challenge mind and body. Let our expert trainers put you through your paces on hill sprints and circuits – challenging yet satisfying!

Slow Paced Strength
Join Deena for a slow, strong and sweaty workout. Taking time to focus on strength and conditioning over speed and agility. You will use body weights to concentrate on form and building strength while still getting an exceptional workout. A great low-impact option.

Stronger Woman Workout
The focus of this session is all about female power and harnessing your inner strength through a female-to-female group session. A perfect place to build confidence and connection. The class will be tailored around body-weight movements and weights.

Active Recovery
Join Deena for an active recovery session to help reset and flush out the body to re-energise so you can continue to train strong for the rest of the week. You can expect this session to be a mix of mobility and stretching and as well low impact cardio sections to flush out lactic acid.

LEROY WILLIAMSON

Leroy is a high energy Manchester-based trainer who loves to bring the feel good vibes. Exercising to music is his jam. Leroy uses a range of disciplines including dance, barre and HIIT, to create an experience that elevates your mind, body and soul.

Leroy will be hosting the following classes throughout the week at PACE.

Combat Cardio
A martial arts inspired class: think combat style movement to high energy music. Have a blast, release stress and leave this class feeling like a champ.

HIIT Cardio
A high intensity workout based on cardio, conditioning and strengthening. This class is designed to get you moving, using agility, speed and high-intensity free weights to leave you feeling ‘done’!

Dance Fitness
Join Leroy and get fit whilst you dance. Discover the joy of fitness through dance in an all inclusive class that empowers you to move in your way!

Slow Paced Strength
Oyogo’s slow-paced strength is a great option for strength building with a low impact approach for those looking to refine and define form, technique and build stability. Take your time to focus on strength and conditioning over speed and agility. You will use body weights to concentrate on form and building strength while still getting an exceptional workout.

Aqua Aerobics
Leroy’s aqua aerobics class is a perfect option for anyone looking to improve their fitness with a low impact workout. This class is aimed at all levels of fitness. Expect high energy and good tunes from Oyogo trainer Leroy – using the natural resistance of the water, our aqua aerobics will help build muscle and keep your cardio in check!

RUNNING

LEWIS ROBLING

An accomplished endurance athlete and coach who specialises in trail ultra running, Lewis wholeheartedly commits himself to helping individuals accomplish their aspirations whilst prioritising their wellbeing. He founded the ultramarathon event and coaching brand Why We Run, with the aim of unlocking hidden potential within others.

LEWIS ROBLING, OYOGO

You can expect a variety of guided running sessions offered throughout the week, catering to different skill levels. These include beginner (5 km), intermediate (10 km), and advanced (15 km) runs, designed to help you progress and improve at your own pace.

Speedwork & Hill Sprints
Start with a gradual warm-up before transitioning into higher tempo intervals, taking advantage of the Greek hills to boost your explosive strength. With ample recovery time, this session is designed to refine and sharpen your running skills.

Faster 5km & Technique Session
Whether you’re aiming to improve your park run time or build confidence in 5 km runs, this session is all about honing your technique, helping you run more efficiently and shaving off those extra seconds.

Why We Run: Talk & Q&A
Join Lewis as he takes you through the origins of Why We Run, founded in the willingness to keep moving forward, trusting you’re on the right path and also taking opportunities when they arise, and sometimes… be willing to create opportunity yourself and take a risk.

NICKOL FLOOD

Expect to be pushed to your limits to achieve your best in Nickol’s classes. From strength to HIIT, you’ll leave not only feeling strong but with some food for thought as to your fitness potential. Head coach at London-based gym Rowbots, Nickol has guided countless clients to become the best version of themselves.

HIIT Strength

Hyrox Training

Hyrox is an innovative, holistic approach to fitness racing including running and natural movements combined to an unique indoor fitness competition. 1K of running followed by 1 workout, repeated 8 times. The workouts: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls.

Join Oyogo’s fun and challenging HIIT & run workout. High intensity cardio sections, mixed in with conditioning and strength work. With a strong sporting background, Joe brings a performance mentality with him. Expect to be pushed hard but with a light hearted and supportive approach. Joe keeps it fun and will leave you feeling motivated and empowered.

PERFORMANCE POOL TRAINING

RICHIE NORTON

Richie is a yoga and performance coach with a client roster that reads like an A-List party guest list. After suffering a series of injuries in his former career on the rugby pitch, Richie made the life-changing transition from athlete to coach. He is now an XPT Master Coach, combining meditation and breathwork practices with his life-long passion, yoga.

RICHIE NORTON

Alongside breathwork sessions, Richie will also be hosting pool training classes at PACE.

Performance Pool Training

XPT water training is where all three central components of XPT (Xtreme Performance Training): breathe, move, and recover, converge to create a unique fitness method. Pool training is a combination of exercises that are designed to provide a mindful full-body workout, improving mental resilience, physical strength and endurance.

OPEN WATER SWIMMING

SOPHIE HELLYER

Sophie Hellyer is an open water swim coach and founder of #RiseFierce, a nationwide movement which aims to create communities through cold-water swimming. Sophie was a professional surfer for over a decade before training as a swim coach under Olympian, Keri-anne Payne. She is also a qualified lifeguard, breathwork coach and yoga teacher.

SOPHIE HELLYER

At PACE Sophie will be hosting a variety of open water classes across the week. She will also be hosting an intimate and interactive women’s circle.

Open-Water Swim Masterclass
A group session to improve your front crawl swimming technique and confidence in open water in a fun and safe environment.

Guided Open-Water Swim
A group guided swim with open water swim coach and lifeguard. Improve your confidence in open water and see Peligoni from a different perspective.

Swimrun
A relaxed taster event to gently try swimrun and see Peligoni from a different perspective. Approx 500m swim followed by 4.5km run (5km total distance).

Women’s Circle
An intentional, non-judgemental space for women to come together, go inwards, and connect.

DANCE

with
NATASHA MOULD

Natasha Mould is a transformative theatre and film choreographer, movement director, and a writer and lyricist. Her vision is to bring creative ideas to life using her unique blend of musicality, dance and visual story-telling – keeping audiences entertained and on the edge of their seat.

NATASHA MOULD

Natasha will be leading a variety of lively dance classes throughout the week. Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced dancer, these sessions offer something for everyone.

West End Workout
Do you love dancing and musical theatre? If so, this class is perfect for you! You will start with a brief cardio and stretch-based warmup, followed by learning choreography to a song from a well-known musical, turning it into a fun workout. Designed for beginners and non-dancers, this class is a great way to enjoy dancing while sneaking in some exercise. If you’re someone who loves dancing but isn’t a fan of traditional workouts, this is a fun way to break a sweat and burn calories without even noticing!

Stretch & Mobility
Start your day with a gentle morning stretch to wake up your body, moving gradually from your neck and back down to your glutes and hamstrings. This flowing sequence of movements will energise you and set a positive tone for the day ahead.

WATERSPORTS

Watersports is a huge part of The Peligoni Club experience. Paddleboarding and kayaking are included with your PACE ticket which includes tuition and equipment. If you are interested in doing any windsurfing and sailing, or motorised watersports, this will incur an additional cost. Read more about watersports here.

TICKETS & INFORMATION

 

For £525, a PACE ticket includes a week’s membership to the club, paddleboarding, kayaking, all fitness and yoga classes, meditation and wellness workshops and a complimentary daily driver service.
