Kickstart your summer with our high intensity fitness, cycling and tennis programme. We have sourced world-renowned experts to whip you back in shape, and will be brining you only the best instructors, in collaboration with our fitness partners Oyogo, to put you through your paces.

CYCLING

with
SIR CHRIS HOY MBE

Sir Chris Hoy MBE is a multiple world champion track cyclist and one of the most successful Olympic cyclists of all time, with six gold medals and one silver to his name. Chris is the first Briton since 1908 to win three gold medals in a single Olympic Games.

At PACE, Chris will be hosting daily guided cycle rides for intermediate to advanced abilities.

Intermediate Level

A slower and steady pace, this class is for those who enjoy a more laid-back cycle ride.

Intermediate / Advanced Level

A slightly more brisk pace with regular stops to regroup, perfect for those who enjoy getting out on a bike once a week or so.

Advanced / Expert Level

A longer session with minimal stops, ideal for those who are able to maintain a faster pace and who enjoy a challenge.

TENNIS

JAMES AUCKLAND

After an impressive career as an ATP professional, GB Davis Cupper and Grand Slam player, James went on to become a professional tour coach, responsible for developing the LTA’s Performance Programmes and assisting the Doubles Team Director.

At PACE, James will be on court hosting a week of lively sessions and workshops in the mornings and afternoons for all levels. Join him and his team on court to get your serve sorted, volleys made vicious and a tuned up topspin. Make sure you try your new skills out in the afternoon challenges and tournament.

GEORGE VENESS

George made the shift from boxer and training fighters, to training London’s elite and building a celebrity client base. On a mission to build a community empowered by boxing, combined with his passion for traditional boxing, George founded JAB – bringing authentic boxing coaches to the fitness industry, and teaching people to improve, have fun and feel empowered.

JAB 50

The ultimate 50 minute functional training session, designed to improve your strength, conditioning and boxing ability, so you can train, feel, and look like an athlete.

A sit-down discussion with JAB Founder, George Veness and Director, Hannah Steele, discussing the ultra-competitive fitness landscape in London, how they navigate challenges, JAB’s mission, and their absolute belief in boxing training as the key to greater confidence, health and success.

DEENA PIERCE

Deena is a London-based fitness trainer who has worked with a range of athletes over the years. Having attained at MSc in public health, she is now a talent trainer for Technogym and a running coach for Equinox. Deena believes that movement is medicine and her goal is to enlighten people on its long term benefits.

Deena will be hosting the following classes throughout the week at PACE.

HIIT Strength
Deena’s HIIT Strength is a fun and sweaty medium intensity workout based on strength, conditioning and stabilising. This class is designed to be a total body workout, with a mix of short hard work interspersed with rest periods which will leave you energised and ready for the day ahead.

HIIT & Run
This class will focus on building heat and intensity through cardio intervals, free weights mixed with running sprints to challenge mind and body. Let our expert trainers put you through your paces on hill sprints and circuits – challenging yet satisfying!

Slow Paced Strength
Join Deena for a slow, strong and sweaty workout. Taking time to focus on strength and conditioning over speed and agility. You will use body weights to concentrate on form and building strength while still getting an exceptional workout. A great low-impact option.

Stronger Woman Workout
The focus of this session is all about female power and harnessing your inner strength through a female-to-female group session. A perfect place to build confidence and connection. The class will be tailored around body-weight movements and weights.

Active Recovery
Join Deena for an active recovery session to help reset and flush out the body to re-energise so you can continue to train strong for the rest of the week. You can expect this session to be a mix of mobility and stretching and as well low impact cardio sections to flush out lactic acid.

RUNNING

LEWIS ROBLING

An accomplished endurance athlete and coach who specialises in trail ultra running, Lewis wholeheartedly commits himself to helping individuals accomplish their aspirations whilst prioritising their wellbeing. He founded the ultramarathon event and coaching brand Why We Run, with the aim of unlocking hidden potential within others.

Lewis will be hosting the following classes throughout the week at PACE.

Explore The Local Coastline

Quiet Greek roads offer the perfect opportunity to hone in on those running skills. Expect an offering of open level guided runs to choose from throughout the week. Progress through a beginner (5k), intermediate (10k) and advanced run (15k).

Speedwork & Hill Sprints
Don’t be put off by the name of this session. Warm into some higher tempo intervals, utilising those Greek hills to really maximise your explosive power. With plenty of time to recover, this session is designed to sharpen up your running.

Faster 5K & Technique Session
Looking to improve your park run time, or simply looking to give yourself that little bit more confidence in the 5K? Lewis is here to help. This session will focus on your technique, looking at how we become more efficient whilst running to help shave off some seconds.

Why We Run – Talk & Q&A
Join Lewis as he takes you through the origins of Why We Run, founded in the willingness to keep moving forward, trusting you’re on the right path and also taking opportunities when they arise, and sometimes… be willing to create opportunity yourself and take a risk.

NICKOL FLOOD

Expect to be pushed to your limits to achieve your best in Nickol’s classes. From strength to HIIT, you’ll leave not only feeling strong but with some food for thought as to your fitness potential. Head coach at London-based gym Rowbots, Nikol has guided countless clients to become the best version of themselves.

HIIT Strength

Our HIIT Strength is a fun and sweaty medium intensity workout based on strength, conditioning and stabilising. This class is designed to be a total body workout, with a mix of short hard work interspersed with rest periods which will leave you energised and ready for the day ahead.

Hyrox Training

Hyrox is an innovative, holistic approach to fitness racing including running and natural movements combined to an unique indoor fitness competition. 1K of running followed by 1 workout, repeated 8 times. The workouts: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls.

HIIT & Run

Join Oyogo’s fun and challenging HIIT & run workout. High intensity cardio sections, mixed in with conditioning and strength work. This class is designed to be a total body workout, with a mix of short hard work interspersed with rest periods which will leave you energised and ready for the day ahead.

PERFORMANCE POOL TRAINING

RICHIE NORTON

Richie is a yoga and performance coach with a client roster that reads like an A-List party guest list. After suffering a series of injuries in his former career on the rugby pitch, Richie made the life-changing transition from athlete to coach. He is now an XPT Master Coach, combining meditation and breathwork practices with his life-long passion, yoga.

RICHIE NORTON

Alongside breathwork sessions, Richie will also be hosting pool training classes at PACE.

Performance Pool Training

XPT water training is where all three central components of XPT (Xtreme Performance Training): breathe, move, and recover, converge to create a unique fitness method. Pool training is a combination of exercises that are designed to provide a mindful full-body workout, improving mental resilience, physical strength and endurance.

WATERSPORTS

Watersports is a huge part of The Peligoni Club experience. Paddleboarding and kayaking are included with your PACE ticket which includes tuition and equipment. If you are interested in doing any windsurfing and sailing, or motorised watersports, this will incur an additional cost. Read more about watersports here.

For £400, a PACE ticket includes a week’s membership to the club, paddleboarding, kayaking, all fitness and yoga classes, meditation and wellness workshops and a complimentary daily driver service.
