Tommy Heaney is Head Chef and owner of Heaneys Cardiff, his eponymous restaurant that opened in 2018. A proclaimed self-taught chef, Tommy gained valuable hands-on-experience whilst travelling through over the world including award winning restaurants in Australia and Thailand. Heaney's Cardiff is centred on seasonal tasting menus and trusted suppliers, with his new venture Uisce, an oyster and wine bar, located just next door.
Tommy will be hosting An Evening With Tommy Heaney on the Tuesday 13th September and hosting a masterclass on Thursday 15th September.
