With a gift for capturing classic, nostalgic British dishes and subtly modernising them, Sally has worked across some of London's top Michelin star restaurants including The Ledbury and The Harwood Arms. Shortly after being appointed as Consultant Chef at Conrad London St James, Sally opened her own restaurant, The Pem, which has been named as 'One to Watch' by the 2021 National Restaurant Awards. To kick off our Guest Chef Series, Sally will host a long table feast and pop-up food stall.
