Nina Olsson is a Swedish chef, photographer and author of best-selling cookbook 'Bowls of Goodness'. She's known for her witty and plant-forward cooking style. She has worked creatively with food for magazines for over ten years and is an award-winning art director, stylist and designer. Nina lives in Amsterdam with her family, and is also the owner and chef of critically acclaimed restaurant, Chez Nina – a modern concept and food lifestyle boutique in the heart of the city.
