Hugo is the chef and owner and Sam Lomas is the head chef of the award winning Glebe House, a 7 bedroom guest house and farm to table restaurant in East Devon. Previously in finance, Hugo retrained as a chef in 2017 and in 2020 he set up Glebe House. Sam began his career at River Cottage and was the youngest chef to reach the finals of BBC2's Great British Menu. Their food is heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, artisan techniques, and nose to tail cookery.
