Bubala's executive chef, Helan Graham, trained at some of London's top Middle Eastern restaurants (including the Palomar, Barbary and Ottolenghi test kitchen) before joining forces with Marc Summers, Bubala Founder, to open Bubala's first dine-in restaurant. Bubala's food is all about vibrancy and playfulness, whilst championing the humble vegetable. We can't wait to join them for their long table feast and pop-up lunch this June.
