Yoko started Makes Miso Hungry during lockdown 2020 with Japanese meal kits, before quickly evolving into a social hub for accessible Japanese cooking. Now hosting supper clubs, pop ups and soon to launch her own range of sauces, Yoko is inspired by family recipes that she's modernised to help make them easier to follow.
