Chef, broadcaster and restaurant owner, Julie takes great pride in pulling inspiration from her Malaysian-Scottish roots and is passionate about holding the door open for other women in the industry. Julie opened her first restaurant, GaGa, in Glasgow in 2021 and is currently working on her first recipe book.
