Bubala's executive chef, Helen Graham, trained at some of London's top Middle Eastern restaurants (including the Palomar, Barbary and Ottolenghi test kitchen) before joining forces with Marc Summers, Bubala Founder, to open Bubala's first dine-in restaurant. Bubala's food is all about vibrancy and playfulness, whilst championing the humble vegetable.
