Working exclusively with responsible, passionate farmers and fishermen, this London restaurant's menu is guided by weather patterns and produce, utilising vegetables and spices from Sri Lanka with fresh British seafood.

Dom Fernando from Paradise will be taking over the Peligoni restaurant for a one-of-a-kind tasting menu, bringing the flavours of Sri Lanka to the shores of Northern Zakynthos.
