Damian’s passion for cooking was inspired his grandfather, Emile, once a butcher and buyer at Smithfields. Damian has worked in some of the best kitchens in London including Chef Director at Petersham Nurseries, and later opening his own acclaimed residency, Emile. Following the residency, Damian relocated to South Wales and works as a consultant on various hospitality projects.
