Adriana spent the last decade and a half honing her craft at some of the best restaurants in the world including the renowned El Bulli. Her first solo restaurant in London, Cavita, is a love letter to her Mexican hometowns: Mexico City and the village of San Felipe Ixtacuixtla. Her food takes guests on a colourful, memorable and ambitious journey, with home at the heart of it all.
