With kids back in school, the club returns to its state of tranquillity, Ionian seas have warmed up and our exclusive Guest Chef Series picks up again. Drop any little ones off at the crèche whilst you enjoy rose-fuelled lunches with friends or a quick waterski (not necessarily in that order) and make the most of those long, balmy Greek summer days.
