High in the Zakynthos hills, Spiti Elaia gazes out over the Ionian, with shades of blue as far as the eye can see. There’s space for up to 10 guests, and children are warmly welcomed with a well-stocked games room and large saltwater pool. Al-fresco life plays out on the expansive terrace, with a bar counter, dining table, and your very own outdoor kitchen and BBQ. There are five bedrooms in Spiti Elaia, all with king-sized beds (four of which can be made into twins). The two bedrooms on the lower-ground floor have direct outdoor access.

On the lower-ground floor there is a spacious room intended as a games and leisure area, including a tennis table, darts, and games suitable for children and families. As this is a brand-new property, please note the landscaping around the house is still underway.
