New for 2026, Kelio is a sleek, contemporary hillside villa made for easy, sociable summer living. Sleeping up to 12 guests, it sits in a prime hillside position with knockout sea views and no shortage of sun-soaked terraces. With a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and clean-lined open-plan interiors, this is a villa designed with summer freedom in mind. Next door, three private suites sleep a further six guests and can be taken individually or alongside the main house for larger groups.

There are four dreamy king-sized bedrooms each with their own en-suite, plus one large bedroom on the lower ground floor with four single beds (ideal for teens).

The property is shared with three additional suites that may be occupied by other guests if the whole property is not booked together. Please note these are in close proximity to the villa. The bedroom on the lower ground floor is accessed from outside only.
