OVERVIEW
Ilios is a charming house nestled amongst ancient olive trees. A single-level house located on a stunning private estate with two other properties, Ilios is inspired by the local landscape and offers classic and stylish living with an abundance of character.
Ilios has a Sunday changeover and is only a 12 minute drive to the club.
Please note that Ilios will be undergoing some minor refurbishments for the 2024 season.

THE BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms.
Master bedroom is a King room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 3 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.

Ilios has a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, a great spot to entertain friends and family. Inside the property, there is an open-plan kitchen and spacious living area with doors opening onto the terrace. There is a delightful outdoor dining area with a BBQ for summer feasts to enjoy with friends and family and a further outdoor dining area from the Master bedroom.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
Ilios features a 4m x 8m swimming pool located in front of the house, the perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also a sunken outdoor seating area with cushioned seating just to the side of the pool.
