A four bedroom villa with a modern architectural design offering superb sea views thanks to its elevated hillside position. Elia is only a short 3-minute drive to The Club, or a 20-minute walk if you can brave the hill!

THE BEDROOMS
There are four minimalist bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (three of which are ensuite) and three have their own private terraces.
BEDROOM LAYOUT
FIRST FLOOR
Bedrooms 1 has a king-size bed, private sun terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 has a double/twin beds, private sun terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a separate entrance to the main house.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 4 has a double/twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom is accessed via external stairs.

Elia has been very much designed with entertaining in mind. There’s a stylish open-plan kitchen with an island, a separate dining area and a living space. From here, you have floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out onto the patio and pool area.

The infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers and fragrant landscaped gardens dotted with olive trees, where you can soak up the elevated sea views from the island’s hillside. Next to the pool, you’ll find an outdoor dining set up of dreams and a charcoal BBQ.
