Brand new for 2024, Avlaki is a contemporary villa built from traditional sandy-hued stone. With three minimalist bedrooms, 180 degree sea views from every room and a prime location (only a stone’s throw from the club), we expect this villa to fast become a firm Peligoni favourite amongst guests.
Avlaki has a Sunday changeover and is only a 3 minute walk to the club.

THE BEDROOMS
The three bedrooms all enjoy soothing sea views, en-suite bathrooms and understated interiors. There is one double room and two twin rooms (but both can be made into doubles on request).
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room.
First Floor
Bedroom 2 is a twin/double room with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is a twin/double room with an en-suite shower room.
