Sales consultant - Peligoni
Full-time, permanent
Hammersmith, London (4 days in office / 1 day WFH)

This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone with proven sales experience in travel, hospitality or a guest-focused environment, who is excited by the opportunity to work within a premium, relationship-led brand.
While the role is primarily focused on Peligoni, there will be occasional opportunities to support our Sand & Stone Escapes brand, working collaboratively across the wider portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to our guests, guiding them through our carefully curated portfolio and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, attention to detail and personal service that Peligoni is known for.
You will bring proven sales experience and the confidence to manage enquiries independently, while continuing to develop your skills, product knowledge and guest relationships within a supportive, high-performing team.
The role
Sales & guest relationships
- Manage sales across the Peligoni portfolio and associated products
- Convert enquiries into bookings while maintaining our strong repeat-guest base
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with guests through consultative, considered selling
- Support revenue growth in a way that aligns with the Peligoni brand and guest experience
Guest experience
- Manage the guest journey from first enquiry through to post-stay follow-up
- Ensure each guest experience is seamless, personal and detail-driven
- Confidently recommend and upsell relevant experiences and services where appropriate
Collaboration & operations
- Manage post-sales administration accurately and efficiently
- Use CRM systems to track enquiries, bookings and guest interactions
This will involve
- Handling enquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Responding in a timely, friendly and professional manner across all channels
- Guiding guests through the booking process with care and confidence
- Working to annual KPIs that support both commercial goals and brand values
- Ongoing opportunities for development and progression within the business
About you
- Proven experience in travel, hospitality or lifestyle-led sales
- Confident managing enquiries independently and building client relationships
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics & SuperControl preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, motivated and commercially aware
- A collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to exceptional service
- Flexible and adaptable, with a calm approach in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work from our London office (4 days per week, 1 day WFH)
- Available for occasional short travel as part of familiarisation trips
