OVERVIEW
One of our largest villas, Tal Hamsa has a superb hillside location and is around a 10 minute drive to the club. In all it has seven bedrooms, three en-suite and four further bedrooms which share two bathrooms.
Tal Hamsa has a Sunday changeover.
THE BEDROOMS
Tal Hamsa sleeps up to 14 people across three floors. The ground floor has two double en-suite bedrooms, upstairs has a twin and double bedroom which share a bathroom. It also has a double en-suite bedroom with its own sitting room area. There is a lower floor, which is accessed from outdoors only, with a double and twin bedroom which share a bathroom.

Bedroom 6 is a twin room.
Bedroom 7 is a double room.
Shared family bathroom which is accessible via bedroom 7.
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite.
FIRST FLOOR
Master bedroom is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 is twin room.
Bedroom 3 is double room.
Family bathroom.
*Please note, the lower ground floor is not accessible from the main house.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
Tal Hamsa features multiple sitting areas with sunbeds surrounding the pool, a corner sofa on a balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea and cosy patio area with outdoor seating. The outdoor areas also cater to children with an outdoor children’s playing room and table tennis.
