THE BEDROOMS
There are 6 en-suite bedrooms, all with super-king beds that can be split into twins if required. The Master Bedroom has a private terrace with sweeping sea views and a luxury bathroom.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 4 is a super-king / twin room with French doors leading out onto the surrounding terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5 is a super-king / twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 6 is a separate super-king / twin room that is accessed from the outside only and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
First Floor
The Master Bedroom is a super-king / twin room with a private terrace overlooking the sea and an en-suite bathroom fitted with twin basins, a bath and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 is a super-king / twin room with a private balcony overlooking the sea and en-suite bathroom with a shower. This is accessed from the outside only.
Bedroom 3 is a super-king / twin room with a private outdoor space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This is accessed from the outside only.

Inside Kallista, there’s an expansive open-plan living hub with a sitting, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has been refurbished to the highest standard and includes an island, breakfast bar, two full-size fridge freezers and an oversized oven. Light and bright, there are three sets of French doors leading out onto the covered terrace and additional outdoor spaces.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
From the covered terrace, descend the impressive staircase to the tempting pool; surrounded by floating sunbeds, wicker seats hanging from the trees and glorious landscaped gardens dotted with olive trees. Adjacent to the pool you’ll find the ultimate outdoor kitchen and dining set-up where you can expect all the delights of a drinks bar, gas barbecue and wood fired pizza oven.
There’s also a well kept lawned area that’s great for little ones or a spot of a yoga, and above the house there’s a large secluded courtyard with shaded seating and a table tennis table.
