OVERVIEW

Offering guests endless sea views, modern, minimalist interiors, and an unbeatable location just a 10-minute walk from Kremidi Beach and 3-minute drive from Peligoni, Iris ticks all the boxes for a fuss-free Greek escape. The spacious one-bedroom property has more than enough space for two guests, with room for an additional child as required. The beautiful outside space showcases a private pool and dining area, making it an idyllic place to wind down after a busy day at The Club.

Iris has a Saturday changeover and is a 3-minute drive to The Club.

THE BEDROOMS

Iris has one spacious bedroom, set up with a comfortable Super-King bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, plus ample additional space for a cot. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors take you straight from the bedroom to the terrace, offering fantastic sea views to enjoy over a morning coffee in bed.

ENTERTAINING AREAS & FACILITIES

The outdoor kitchen and dining area is made for sunny days and balmy evenings. Guests can cook up a storm on the handy BBQ, before enjoying an al-fresco meal under the pergola.

Inside, guests have access to a simple, modern kitchen and living area, well stocked with all the daily essentials. All furnishings have been carefully selected to complement Iris’ warm, neutral tones.

Guests have free parking outside the front of the property. Please note this is shared with the neighbouring villa.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

Iris’ outdoor terrace area is ideally set up for relaxing days soaking up the Zakynthian sunshine. 

Take early-morning laps or refreshing dips in the pool throughout the day (the sea views are an added bonus), then flop on a sun lounger or get comfy on the outdoor sofa set.
