OVERVIEW

Villa Anoi is a charming five bedroom villa sleeping up to 10 people with uninterrupted views stretching all the way to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia. Cocooned by olive trees, fragrant flowers and herb gardens, Anoi sits on a private peaceful estate, perfect for unwinding and soaking up island life.

This villa has a Sunday changeover and is a 8-minute drive to The Club.

THE BEDROOMS

This villa has five double bedrooms spread across three floors. On the ground floor, in an annexe with a separate entrance and its own kitchenette, you’ll find two rooms sharing a shower room, each with a simple, relaxed feel and views of the surrounding hills. Back in the main house, on the first floor, there’s a third bedroom with a balcony and its own shower room, and you’ll find a further two on the top floor – one with a balcony offering panoramic views and both sharing a family bathroom with a bath. The rooms are quietly understated, with some featuring exposed stone walls, adding a touch of rustic charm to the space.

With rustic exposed stone walls, authentic wooden features, and beautiful views throughout, the interiors at Anoi are warm and inviting. The first floor features a charming living space with a TV and a fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs, there’s a second living smaller space with a kitchenette.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

Outside, you’ll find a dreamy dining area with a BBQ, ideal for relaxed meals, and a newly installed pool with sweeping views of the Ionian Sea. Surrounded by ancient olive trees, fragrant flowers, and herb gardens, you can enjoy meals on the terrace or sundowners on the outside sofa set. The padded sunbeams and parasols by the pool make it easy to soak up the sun in comfort, and make the most of the quiet island vibe with family and friends.
