The Peligoni Club Cancellation Policy

Overview

  1. This policy references all activities and services that are provided at The Peligoni Club, this includes but is not limited to;
    Odyssey Trips
    Motorised Watersports
    Spa Treatments
    Excursions
    Fitness and Yoga Classes
    Personal Training and Private Yoga
    Bike Rides
    Private Guided Rides
    Tennis Coaching
    Restaurant Bookings
    Events 
  2. To make a cancellation you must notify the UK Sales team if cancelling before they travel. Once in Greece to make a cancellation you will have to notify the Reception team.
  3. The timing of the cancellation will be classed as the time Reception/Sales remove the booking from their booking sheets.
  4. Any service booked in the UK can be cancelled up to one week  prior to your arrival at the club. Full payment will be due for  any other cancellations.
  5. Any service booked in the UK can be moved to a different time up to 48 hours  in advance but is subject to availability and the club’s discretion.
  6. Any service booked at the club can be cancelled up  to 48 hours prior to the day of the activity. Full charges apply for all cancellations notified less than 48 hours prior to the service.
  7. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case you will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.

Odyssey

  1. Bookings for Odyssey arranged in the UK, will only be secured once full payment has been made in the UK prior to travel.
  2. Bookings for Odyssey booked in the UK can be cancelled up to one month prior to  your arrival at the club.
  3. No refund will be given for cancellations within one month.
  4. Bookings for Odyssey made at the club  cannot be cancelled.
  5. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case you will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible or refunded.

Motorised Watersports Passes

  1. Motorised Watersports Passes, once paid for, can only be refunded if they are cancelled three months prior to the start of your holiday
  2. Any pre-booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
  3. All cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will be charged at 10€ per session.
  4. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of 45€.
  5. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged the full cost of 45€.
  6. The maximum number of sessions that can be booked with a pass is as follows:
    Individual Pass: 12
    Family Pass: 24
  7. In the case that adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing their booked sessions you will never pay more than the equivalent of 45€ per 15-minute session.
  8. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case you will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.

Motorised Watersports booked at the club

  1. Any Motorised Watersports at the club will be subject to availability.
  2. Any booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
  3. All cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session you will be charged 10€ per session.
  4. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of 45€.
  5. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged the full cost of 45€.
  6. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case the guest will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.

Spa Treatments

  1. Any treatment booked in the UK can be cancelled up to one week prior to your arrival at the club. Full payment will be due for any other cancellations
  2. Any treatment booked in the UK can be moved to a different time up to 48 hours  in advance but is subject to availability and the club’s discretion.
  3. Any treatment booking in Greece can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
  4. All  cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
  5. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
  6. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
  7. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case you will not be charged and alternative options advised where possible.

Excursions

  1. All excursions at The Peligoni Club will only be bookable once guests have arrived at the club and are subject to availability and the club’s discretion.
  2. Any booked excursions can be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours prior to the session with no charge.
  3. All cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will be charged at half the cost of the excursion.
  4. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the excursion.
  5. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the excursion.
  6. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case the club will suggest alternative options where possible.

Fitness Classes and Bike Rides

  1. Fitness classes and bike rides can only be booked on your arrival at The Peligoni Club.
  2. Classes and rides can only be booked 48 hours in advance.
  3. Any booked sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours prior to the activity with no charge.
  4. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged 10€.
  5. In the event of a no-show, or if you are are not present at the start time of your session, you will be charged 10€.
  6. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case the club will suggest alternative options where possible.

Private Tennis Coaching

  1. Private tennis lessons can only be booked on your arrival at The Peligoni Club.
  2. Any booked lessons can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours prior to the activity with no charge.
  3. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the lesson.
  4. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your session, you will be charged the full cost of the lesson.
  5. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case the club will suggest alternative options where possible.

Restaurant Bookings

  1. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged 10€ per person for tables of eight or more in the restaurant.
  2. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case the club will suggest alternative options where possible.

Ticketed Events/Dinner

  1. Any bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the booking with no charge.
  2. All cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to the booking will be charged 25% of the ticket price.
  3. For cancellations within 24 hours, the guest will be charged 50% of the ticket price.
  4. In the event of a no-show, or if you are not present at the start time of your booking, you will be charged the full ticket price.
  5. In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the qualified in-resort team will decide if any bookings should be cancelled. In this case the club will suggest alternative options where possible.
