Built in 1916, this traditional terracotta-roofed villa with dusty blue shutters offers breathtaking views of the sea and tranquil surrounding hills. Your only neighbours are cypress, olive and almond trees, offering a peaceful retreat that’s only a short drive from the pretty port of Agios Nikolaos, where you’ll find a handful of tavernas, shops, and two small beaches. Housing four guests, it’s a mere 8 minutes from The Club.

GATHER 2025: Line-Up Announced
Gather with us this September for a holiday with a festival spirit. A week of meeting friends old and new, listening to music acts on our white-washed wooden decks, feasting under the stars in the courtyard, dancing on our 55-ft wooden yacht Odyssey, getting creative with friends, resetting in the yoga studio, indulging in the spa, and relaxing in the sun.
Masterclass Series: Learn From a Pro
This summer, we’re excited to welcome a range of experts to host exclusive workshops at Peligoni throughout July & August. From wakeboarding to wingfoiling, we’ve got plenty of exciting activities lined up to help you develop your skills. Learn from the pros in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with sessions designed to provide hands-on experience and expert guidance. Whether you’re looking to try something new or take your skills to the next level, there’s something for everyone.
New Villa: Iris
Offering guests endless sea views, modern, minimalist interiors, and an unbeatable location just a 10-minute walk from Kremidi Beach and 3-minute drive from Peligoni, Iris ticks all the boxes for a fuss-free Greek escape. The spacious one-bedroom property has more than enough space for two guests, with room for an additional child as required. The beautiful outside space showcases a private pool and dining area, making it an idyllic place to wind down after a busy day at The Club.
Guest Chef Series 2025: Line-Up Announced
Each year we hand-select a number of chefs and restaurants from around the UK and Europe to come and showcase their culinary feats at Peligoni. We know great food is important to our guests, and this has become a big part of holidaying with us. Across 10 weeks of the season you can experience a truly one-of-a-kind, foodie-inspired night, displaying kitchen creativity at its best. Each Guest Chef will host a long-table feast one evening, as well as being front and centre during our weekly food festival.

PACE is an invigorating wellness week led by a hand-picked selection of the industry’s leading practitioners and specialists. It’s about bringing people together in our beautiful Greek island setting and providing a whole host of experiences designed to leave you feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally nourished. Centred around you and your goals for the week, PACE is built for parents, friends and individuals looking to reconnect and kickstart summer.
