OVERVIEW
Amoulakis has quickly become one of Peligoni’s most popular villas. Its amazing location right on the sea, bohemian design, fantastic entertaining areas and six bedrooms ensures it is one of the first properties to get booked up each season.
Amoulakis has a Saturday changeover and is a 10-minute drive to the club.
Please note that refurbishments are taking place at Amoulakis for 2024.
THE BEDROOMS
Split into two “wings”, it has two double en-suite bedrooms on one side. On the other side of the courtyard, there are three further bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The two further bedrooms, share a bathroom. The sixth bedroom is accessed from outside near the pool, has its own bathroom, and is best suited to teenagers or a nanny.
MAIN HOUSE
Master bedroom is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 5 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.
WING
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin/double rooms with a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite.
SEPARATE BUILDING
Bedroom 6 is a twin/double room with a small en-suite.*
*Please note, this is to the left of the pool & is suited to teenagers or a nanny.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
Access to the sea is a real treat and we love to be able to head down in the morning to jump straight in the sea. The outdoor kitchen area by the pool is also a perfect place to entertain friends in the evening.
