Having travelled around Europe learning from some of the world’s top chefs, Dan is ready to firmly place his feet in our kitchen for an exclusive supper club.

An Evening With Dan Graham

Dan originally studied architecture but his passion for food led him inevitably to the kitchen. He’s worked at some of the best restaurants in London, both classical and modern. In January 2016 he joined Pidgin in Hackney. With its focus on an innovative and creative weekly changing tasting menu the small, local restaurant quickly gained a reputation. He became head chef soon after the restaurant gained its first Michelin star in 2016 and the Observer Food Monthly Best Restaurant the following year. The restaurant has never repeated a single dish, an accomplishment that forced the development of an original and imaginative style that still remains focused on the guests enjoyment.

2019 hopes to see the opening of his own London restaurant after having spent time travelling Europe to learn from some of the continents very top chefs.

Tickets & Bookings

Guests will gather for a drink in The Driftwood Bar before sitting at long tables in our leafy outdoor terraced restaurant for supper cooked by Dan. After supper, guests can head back to the bar for cocktails!
