BOOK TOMMY HEANEY GUEST CHEF SERIES

Born in Belfast, Tommy gained his culinary knowledge travelling throughout the US cooking in kitchens instead of enrolling in catering college. Tommy gained invaluable, hands-on knowledge, that put him in good stead for the rest of his culinary career.

On Thursday 3rd September, Tommy with be hosting a Tasi Takeover creating unique one-off small plates, something he specialises in. James Cochran will then be joining Tommy on Tuesday 8th September that will see an incredible combination of flavours and inspiration create a feast for 120 guests in The Courtyard. These events are available to guests of The Peligoni Club 1st September – 10th September.
