James grew up by the coast in Kent, where he absorbed the flavours and stylings of both his father’s traditional Scottish cooking and his mother’s West Indian creations, learned via her Caribbean heritage. Having collaborated at each others respective restaurants, this is a Guest Chef feast well worth a seat at the table.

Tommy Heaney will be joining James on Tuesday 8th September that will see an incredible combination of flavours and inspiration create a feast for 120 guests in The Courtyard. James will be then be hosting a Tasi Takeover on Thursday 10th September. Garnering inspiration and talent from all different walks of the earth, James’ cooking is unique and he’s bringing it to our restaurant to showcase what he can truly do using the ingredients around him. These events are available to guests of The Peligoni Club 6th September – 13th September.
