Kevin Kearney grew up on the border of North Carolina and Virginia, where food is rooted in comfort and ease. With a background in brand development and strategy, Kevin moved to Amsterdam and opened Stacks Diner, a restaurant that blends the timeless appeal of American homestyle cooking with meticulously sourced ingredients – drawing inspiration from grandmother’s Sunday dinner spread, but with a modern twist.
